After 21 years in corporate America working in senior marketing and finance positions in the banking, airline and high tech industries, I left the corporate world in 2007 to pursue my passion in real estate investment. My interest in real estate started well before that beginning with the purchase of my first home in the mid-90's and my first investment property in 2004. Through the purchases of a number of residential and investment properties along with remodeling projects in many of these, I've gained considerable expertise in the residential real estate market and have a keen eye to see the possibilities in properties when others can’t. With my education (BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and MBA from The University of Texas) and my professional experience, I've gained a strong analytical background and understanding of business and their application to real estate.
